March 2025. I have been awarded a post-doctoral fellowship from the EPFL AI Center. I will join EPFL in fall 2025 to work with Charlotte Bunne and Bart Deplancke on foundation models for precision healthcare.

March 2025. New preprint on perturbation response prediction. This is joint work w. Barbara Bodinier, Antonin Dauvin and Gaëtan Dissez (Owkin).

November 2024. I am co-organizing with Christa Cuchiero, Nina Drobac, Adeline Fermanian, Paul Hager and Olivier Wintenberger a workshop on Neural Dynamical Systems for Time-Series Data in Vienna from the 23rd to the 25th of April 2025. More information can been found on the dedicated website. 

October 2024. I will start a complementary diploma (or diplôme universitaire) on Therapeutical Innovations in Oncology at Institut Gustave Roussy in January 2025. 

October 2024. Registrations are now open for our one-day workshop Methodological and computational advances in survival analysis which will be held in Paris on the 26th of November 2024. This event is co-organized with Judith Abecassis (Inria Paris), Agathe Guilloux (Inria Paris), Julie Josse (Inria Montpellier) and Julie Alberge (Inria Paris) and supported by Inria and Inserm.

May 2024. My third PhD paper on survival analysis with signatures was accepted at ICML 2024.

March 2024. I am starting a PhD internship at Owkin. I’ll be working on transfer learning for drug discovery in the biostatistics and causality team.

March 2024. I will give a one-day lecture on “Neural ODEs“ with Adeline Fermanian at the spring school on “The mathematics of Data Streams: Signatures, Neural ODEs and Diffusion Models” in Greifswald.
