Tools for Coding

Here is a list of tools I wish I knew about in the early days of my PhD.

MECOSA 2024

I co-organize with Judith Abecassis, Julie Alberge, Agathe Guilloux and Julie Josse a one-day workshop on Methodological and Computational Advances in Survival Analysis (MECOSA) in Paris on the 26th of November 2024. More information can be found here.

NeurIPS in Paris 2022, 2023 and 2024

I organized NeurIPS in Paris 2023 and 2024, a local meetup for the main conference, with Edwige Cyffers, Adeline Fermanian and Nathan Doumèche. We hosted over 60 oral presentations, two poster sessions and a mentoring session over two days for 250 attendees. This event was supported by Apple, Criteo, Google, G-Research, Owkin and SCAI. See the official page of the event. I was also involved in the organization of the 2022 edition.

Junior Seminar ML and Healthcare

With fellow lab colleagues (Pierre Clavier and Agathe Senellart), I co-founded and currently organize a monthly junior seminar for young researchers from all labs working on AI and healthcare.

Normaliens à l’Hôtel-Dieu

With Martin Dumont, I co-organized an internship program called Normaliens à l’Hôtel Dieu, which allows a selected group of ENS students to intern in a parisian hospital in 2021 and 2022. Students also get to meet researches and MDs and to visit different research units of AP-HP. It mainly targeted non scientific students, but science students may also apply.
